When I click on the blue link to open the report, it takes me to a blank screen under reports.

Previously, I was able to check reports on a Nearpod lesson, then back out to my folder to select a new lesson. Now, it doesn't let me back out to my designated folder! Instead, I need to go all the way back to the start and click through my classes/folders to find the desired lesson EACH TIME I want to check a report for a different lesson. This is VERY TIME CONSUMING and frustrating when you have multiple classes for multiple subjects. PLEASE make this easier like it used to be!

Commercials are playing in my videos that never had any commercials in them before. PLease fix this, please!! These are NOt you tube videos.

When I try to make an individual student report using the 'student reports tab, the student's login date and time is not on that report. My reporting is done once per week and the date and time of login is important. The only date that is given the the date that I launched the lesson. If possible can the date and time of login be added to the student reports? Thanks!

I was very disappointed to discover that when a student loses connection to nearpod and rejoins a session midquiz it loses all their previous answers. I was hoping they would still be recorded in the reports but all their work is gone - this is far from ideal can you please find a way to keep their answers in the reports at least?

I had a very frustrating math class because I was unable to watch the videos because it said play back on other websites has been disabled by the video owner. When I asked for help to resolve the issue I was greeted with AI and it did not help me at all and it did not even let me tell it my problem. This report was made by a student named Lily from Dr. William L Cobb Elementry school.

This is a very frustrating problem, and my teacher was very mad. I am a 5th grade student at Dr. William L Cobb elementry. The video wasn't able to work because it said, 'Playback on other websites has been disabled by the video owner.' When this happened I couldn't learn the things I needed to learn for the questions. When I tried to ask for help from the AI it wasn't helpful and it didn't help solve my problem. Please fix your videos so I can learn in class and answer the questions.

Takes forever to respond.

It would be great if the __ / __ that the students see during the game remained at the end. It changes over to points. I have to go back into reports to see how many they got correct for my records. I teach 7 grades, so this is very time consuming. example 5/6 correct.
