My school's tech department has figured out the issue but it is something Nearpod needs to work on. Nearpod wants "request desktop website" setting turned off on their iPads, but a lot of our other app require it to be on. In order for me to fix this for the students who cannot watch the video, I have to have them go in an change that setting and then go into general and have them reset ALL settings in their iPads. Huge pain.
