This is a serious design flaw in the editing analog.

When I go into a multiple choice to make edits and suddenly realize I deleted some questions or some images and think "oh well, I'll just cancel these changes before I exit" - it's like...

Oops - no. You can't exit without saving. Like. You can't. I saves whatever you did.

In the classic mode this was easy to cancel and not save.

Not a software engineer but this doesn't seem to be a big request - can you prioritize it please?
