Accidentally subscribed on a wrong Nearpod account

Dear Sir/Madam,
Sorry! I am writing to ask for your assistance regarding a subscription issue. I made a subscription accidentally on my work account. I actually wrote an email to you dated 30th April 2025, but I haven't received a reply yet, and I came across this feedback portal today.
I am a school teacher, but I will be ending my contract in August 31, 2025. But the subscription plan is annual. I will lose my school account after my contract ends, i.e. I will lose access to this subscribed Nearpod account. I hope to swap my current subscription it to a personal account.
Is it possible to swap my subscription to my personal account? Or perhaps get me a refund? and I will pay again on another work account?
