I have had multiple issues with NearPod not "picking up" the sound and retaining the student recordings. One recording literally disappeared from my reports. A support agent told me that the team does not know why it was not retained. Another issue was that students recorded audio (I can see the recording running my reports) but no sound was captured. If this is a student-computer issue, there should be an alert before students submit what they believe to have been their recorded voice. Lastly, please prompt students to press STOP before submitting the recording. Otherwise, it does not save and students must record again. Very frustrating to not know this! Thanks.
