When working with the slider for the crayon width on a nearpod drawing page, teachers are reporting that they are able to slide the slider but it doesn't translate to the apple pencil. One of my discoveries this afternoon while troubleshooting is that the highlighter slider works with the apple pencil like it is supposed to but when I switch from the highlighter icon to the crayon icon, the width doesn't change like it should. I have told the teachers to use the highlighter option in a dark color until we are able to solve the problem and that I would work with Nearpod to figure out what is happening. Is this the correct place to report a feature not working with the apple pencil? Please let me know if I need to report somewhere else.
