AI in Schools lesson in the Nearpod Library

I was previewing this AI lesson and saw that a 5th-grade teacher used AI with his students. How did they get around that if there are age restrictions for accounts in ChatGPT? We are discerning how to use AI responsibly, but elementary school students aren't supposed to have accounts. I will edit this lesson, but I was concerned with the teacher's flippancy in using ChatGPT with 5th graders. I get it. He may be amazing, but other teachers and students will not handle it as effectively as he did, and it sends a contradictory message about which restrictions we have to follow and which we can break. ChatGPT accounts are not allowed for 17 years and younger.
