I clicked on "drag and drop" not realizing I needed to upgrade my membership. Now I cannot delete that slide or save my presentation because I won't continue with the upgrade. Is there a fix for this? I went to the help/support, and the lines are only open during business days. This is annoying, considering people like to work on the weekends and may not have time to wait 1-2 days for a response after contacting them.
